All about YogaYoga is an ancient system of gymnastic including a lot of exercice, and the most important being Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing technique)

Yoga is getting popular and more and more democratic due to effectiveness and proven results than all other known practice. Yoga not only keeps body healthy and strong, but also he teaches to lead your brain and emotions. Yoga is not only a physical training but a philosophy of life.


Hereafter the different yoga styles available in my lesson.




It is old body and mind system. Ancient sages used Hatha yoga to reach good health and clear conscience. It includes physical (Asana) breathing (Pranayama)cleansing internal organs, relaxation and proper eating.

Hatha yoga help reach full health using your body hidden tap reserves and reach health with your will and strength. Hatha yoga is oriented towards full body health, but you can also increase your physical abilities, better stretching, loose fat, correct your posture and spine, and study correct breathing using pranayama

(It is breathing exercice bringing more life energy ( in yoga it is called Prana). Yogi assert that sickness come from incorrect breathing of life energy into the body. Doing Pranayama in Asana allow a good circulation of energy in all body, thus bringing health to your physical and psychical body. Pranayama will teach you take life energy from air you breathe, boost your tonus, be relaxed and eliminate toxins.)

For relaxation, they use meditation and Yoga nidra. This improve function in the nervous system, breathing system, digestive system, and circulatory system. 




Universal yoga was developed by Andrey Lappa.

Universal Yoga is a multi-faceted system of techniques (asana, pranayama, pratyhara, dharana, and mantra) that are used for the purpose of furthering ones’ spiritual growth. The system is based on the concept of the mayakoshas (sheaths) or layers of being, that include the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, intellectual, bliss, fluctuating mind (chitta) and karmic layers. The purpose of this system is to provide balance between these layers, within each layer, and between the practitioner and the outside world.

The Universal Yoga system helps the practitioner use these techniques to quiet the mind, bring about total harmony within and without and to achieve good health. Andrey Lappa integrated yogic philosophy with monastic techniques and codified them into a logical system that can be used by anyone living in the ordinary, material world.

It is an amazing, life-transforming system that brings about physical health, emotional stability and mental clarity.


Dance of Shiva (Shiva Nata) is a form of dynamic meditation that develops one’s mental focus, coordination, and reaction speed. The numerous spiral movements of the arms and legs are also a comprehensive and powerful way to develop muscular strength in the shoulder and hip girdles. During the process of learning how to move each arm and leg in different spiral planes simultaneously, one develops the focus that leads to comfort with complexity. The mind is able to process information at a progressively more rapid pace. These skills translate directly into the practitioner’s ability to manage greater levels of complexity in the asana, pranayama and meditation practices. The series of alternating movements of the limbs creates energy pulses throughout the body that purify the energy channels and balance the circulation of energy within. Once a level in Shiva Nata is practiced with a reasonable degree of comfort, it is time to move to the next level for further development.



This system of yoga was created by  Pattabhi Jois, who take himself inspiration from his mentor Krishnamacharya. It is represented by a quick series of postures linked together by a breathing process. This is very powerful and energetic style. The Ashtanga method of asana practice was interpreted by T. Krishnamacharya and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois from an ancient text called theYoga Korunta, which described a unique system of hatha yoga developed by Vamana Rishi

This is a dynamic complex using about 75 poses takes an hour and a half to two hours to complete, beginning with sun salutations (surya namaskara) and moving on to standing poses, seated poses, inversions and backbends before relaxation.



This style was named after the teacher who created it. In this style, The focus is brought on the righteouness of the postures of Asana kept long time and following each other slowly and   smoothly like waves. Lessons start from basic til advanced.

This style is recommended for beginners and people with limited mobility.




This style of yoga was created by Russian teacher of yoga Andrei Lappa. This is a complex system ergo-dynamic including the huge experience of famous and renouned school like Himalaya Tibetan yoga , Aiengar and Ashtanga  yoga created by his unique method combining all these styles and not existing anywhere else in the world.

This eliminates non conventional an drawback  of above mentioned styles. In the end, this is more efficient, ideal and adapted to everybody yoga style.




This is a dynamic meditation brought in Universal yoga by Andrei Lappa. Its roots come from very ancient dances from Indian , Chinese, Thai and oriental combat movements.from Shao-Lin monastery. Dance of Shiva improves coordination, reflex and memory. That is why Dance of Shiva is important, as other yoga system do not develop these aspects.




This is the synthesis between fitness and yoga, taking the best of both. This allows to adapt the exercice to all levels of students, giving the opportunity to reach good physical shape, enhance focus and better self confidence. Indeed this system is perfect to loose weight quickly, correct posture and muscles relief.



This is a program specially adapted for this situation. It will keep the future mother in physical shape and healthy. The exercice will prepare woman body for delivery, and also benefits for the development of the baby. The focus is more on breathing, stretching and relaxation. No matter all the benefit, it is important to first sick doctor’s approval.

We also use exercices to bend the lower part  of the backbones causing intensive work of the surrenal glands producing men’s hormones. If you have a back problem, it's best to get authorization from your doctor before trying yoga. Back pain is often the result of issue in your spine.

We will propose you exercice to stretch and align your spine, strengthen muscles to keep backbone in place, avoiding torsion and bending postures. In Asana we recommend use of bandhas technique.
